Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: I was a lender that worked with realtors. I wanted to be out of the office showing homes more than I wanted to be in the office originating loans.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: Nothing Interesting has happened during an open house.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: All closings I've had with 1st time home buyers that had little to no money to buy a home. When they turned to me and said "Rob, thank you for helping me when nobody else would".

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: How exciting this business was going to be!

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: Home prices have nearly tripled since I started back in 2003!

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Telling a buyer that they were beaten out by another buyer's offer.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Don't ever give up!
