A:   I was hosting an open house and after talking with a potential buyer for 10 minutes before I asked for her email to send her listings. As she told me her last name I asked what her daughter’s name was. I had been dating her daughter for a few months, and now we are married.  So I met my mother in law at an open house!

During one such time, I was with my client for a casual dinner following delivery of an offer for a home we had just viewed. Within minutes, I received a phone call and was informed that there were multiple offers. I quickly booted my laptop and Wifi, consulted my client, and we delivered an aggressive final offer. The offer was so great, the builder accepted immediately!  My client was, and to this day is, thrilled with his (first!) home in Navarre Beach, FL.
