A: Due to a great economic run, the number of part time agents and internet discount firms that push paper in a transaction increase, yet do not counsel, nor know an area or property dynamic, or create a personal value and trust. Lower Fee doesn't equate to better experience or better net dollars. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Uncovering expectations and un-communicated feelings. Although, I am good at it. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Exciting, rewarding, blessing, fun, evolving.
