A: The chance to work with people that are grateful and thankful of your service, and the chance to meet new people. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: Fighting with the seller’s cats that somehow magically kept getting back in the house. It was a constant four-hour fight. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: When I was told I couldn't do a particular sell, because it wouldn't close, but we got it to close! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: To save money before getting into real estate. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Inventory getting a little better and value steadily increasing. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Wanting to spend money in every advertising idea, but not break the bank. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Versatility, self-driven, motivated, people business.
