Q: What made you become interested in real estate?

A:   I am passionate about helping people to obtain home ownership, which can lead to future generational prosperity with the creation of net worth.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A:  Educating clients in saving thousands yearly in property taxes by bringing to light areas in the same community without Mello Roos without having to sacrifice any of their wants.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A:  Helping a military family find a lender who was able to accommodate their needs financially to enable them to find the home they wanted and close under 30 days.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A:  I wish I’d had the mentorship that I have now from day one. Masterminding with like-minded agents presenting positive vibes, motivating one another and sharing knowledge to become a better Realtor and becoming a better advocate to help the client has been a game changer enabling me to have the seasoned knowledge to better serve my clients.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A:   I have seen the market increase an average of $150k plus over the last 6 years and also have seen many people lose out on the opportunity to take advantage of building their net worth through equity by wanting to wait for the market to crash and buy at a low price when they are losing the time opportunity of benefiting from what the market is offering rich now. You can't benefit if you're not actively involved in the market.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Being able to reach out to a broader audience to share and educate people on the benefits of home ownership and understanding the value of having something you will own. Everyone is paying a mortgage, it’s better to pay your own versus paying someone else's mortgage.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Always look out for your client
