Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: My husband and I were rehabbing homes.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: My open houses were pretty standard.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: Every time I close a on a house whether it's on buyer's or seller's side it is heartwarming. I have too many closings where it was their first home, I had a single mom who thought she could never buy and we got her a home for her and her disabled son, this list can go on!
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: That it is not as easy as it looks. You have to be on top of your transactions always. No slacking!!
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: Market definitely changes month to month as well as year to year. I started in a buyers market and now rolling into a sellers market.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Putting all the puzzle pieces together to work for all parties timelines.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Patience and knowledge.
