A: A friend/client who was a RE Brokerage Owner encouraged me. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: My 3rd grade elementary school teacher walked in and said hello after almost 50 years! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: When I was able to sell a problematic condo for an 85 year old woman who had to meet a deadline to move into a retirement home. I overcame the issues and helped her move into the retirement home within the deadline. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Trust your instinct Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The advent of social media, electronic signatures etc. have changed the way business is done. We now must distill more information than before. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Anticipating the market and understanding all of the changing laws. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: I love my career!
