Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A:Seeing people I already knew. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: A: I was able to help a single mom of 3 to get into a beautiful, almost new home that she and the kids love! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Real Estate Companies come and go, but the industry will be here to help build American dreams. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I began my career before the crash in '07-'08 and saw house values fall, and subsequently rise, and am now seeing the upside of that crash. Currently the housing price increases are slowing down, which I am grateful for as the past two-three years increases would be unsustainable and we would end up back where I started! Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: A: I find it challenging to block out time to work on my business - more important than working in my business and picking up that 10,000 lb phone does end up being rewarding. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Love people, serve people, sell.
