Fayerty Creagan Cokeley Warren Real Estate

Experience: 4+ years Specializations: Single family residential, multi-family, land and investment properties. Areas Served: Mainly the Ithaca area, within the Finger Lakes Region of New York. Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: Past experience in real estate development, interior design and property management made selling real estate the natural next step. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A:  Nothing extraordinary - beyond making good connections with interesting people. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I love it when clients are giddy or cry (happy tears!) during closings - it shows me how meaningful this professional really is. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Nothing - I have learned so much along the way, which is part of what keeps this job interesting and fun. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: In my own area, investment properties are an increasingly hot commodity. I've adapted to being much more aggressive while writing offers on those properties. Q: What's the most challenging part of your job? A: Setting appropriate expectations. This can be done with lots of research and documentation to show what a property is worth - beyond the zestimate. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Every day offers unique challenges.
