Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I enjoy helping people look for their dream home. I enjoy everything about real estate.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: They all have their special moments, from being someone’s first home to someone buying their investment home. But the ones that are always good are the ones when a client never thought they could buy a home, and you get to hand them the keys to their new home, that is always awesome.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A:  There’s so much to learn, in this business you will never know everything. But if I had to choose something it would be that I wish I had learned what not to say and keep certain opinions to yourself (meaning just because you don’t like a home, doesn’t mean the buyer is not going to love it).

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A:   Real estate has just been booming and prices have been going up, it’s crazy sometimes.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: For me is trying to get buyers to understand that getting pre-approved helps me make sure we look at houses that you actually qualify for and we don’t see something you love and then realize you qualify for $60K less. Now they are comparing all other houses to that home.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Learn to be very patient.
