Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I have always enjoyed helping others. I was a teacher for 9 years and was looking to make more money, but still be in a position to help others. Real Estate is exciting to me. It is the best way to make money fast and securely.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A:  I had someone jump in a pool at an open house with all of their clothes on, as they were dared by their friend.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: About 3 years ago I attained 40k from the City of Fort Lauderdale for one of my buyers. He didn’t pay out of pocket at all to buy his home. He and his family were in tears at closing.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A:  Real Estate can make you more money than almost any other vehicle for investments.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A:  When I first got into Real Estate, the market was just bouncing back from the crash. The market has become steadier as of recently. In the past 3 years, homes have increased at a ridiculous rate; it is good to see the market becoming steady now.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Finding affordable homes in South Florida is very challenging. I enjoy people who need some help with funds (like teachers and other government/state employees), but it can really be a challenge.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: I love what I do!
