Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: I am a Military Financial Planner. Real Estate is typically a family's largest purchase, so I wanted to make sure they made good financial decisions when buying a home so they never had to worry about losing it.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: Someone was using the bathroom in the model home as guests were walking through.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: My first day out with a new investor, I sold 8 new construction homes to him and made a lifetime family friend.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: How to write a contract! Lol

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: Everything has changed to virtual. I remember looking at books as fat as old phone books for homes many years ago.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Keeping up with all of my buyers.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: I LOVE being a Realtor!
