A: Traffic jam in front of the house.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: Helping first-time Home Buyers win in the market when it was a Seller's Market. I helped at least 10 families buy their first home in the last 2 years.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: How to scale by business.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: The Industry has made a huge market shift from a Seller's Market to now becoming more of a Buyer's Market. Historic low-Interest rates to record jump in the other direction in the shortest time in history. Craziness!

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Follow up, getting buyers and sellers to understand the current market.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Greatest thing since sliced bread.
