Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: Being able to give my all to the general public and help others succeed in their goal within a unique real estate transaction.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: Receiving a flood of offers.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: Helping first-time homeowners and VA clients. The light all my clients are filled with after finishing up at the closing table. The light of one accomplishing a goal in life is most inspiring. Sometimes buying and selling a home will be the most expensive and most stressful transaction of your life.

A very cool experience was with my client that purchase a Waterfront Luxury Property. They taught me about Feng Shui. It gives me a completely whole new outlook and I use Feng Shui in my everyday routines.

I reside in the heart of Central Wisconsin, Wausau. Wausau is ranking the fasted growing city in Wisconsin. For many earned given reasons. Being able to help the city with its growth and experience the growth and is so heart-fulfilling and just bluntly AWESOME! Wausau has so much to offer: work opportunities, outdoor life, the mountain of Granite Peak, river life, inspirational models including the recent crowning of Miss America, and endless opportunities. It's a blessing!

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: How expensive of a sport Real Estate is.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: I don't think any agent will forget the market of 2020-2021. Going from an insane seller's market of buyers waiving all contingencies to writing an offer and having to prepare for the battlefield. It was an insane gamble. If you had a buyer writing an offer, it needed to be strong. I can proudly say 98% of the offers I wrote for my clients won. That was a huge deal. I've seen a lot of shed tears from the denied offers. That was heartbreaking.

Right now I see we have leveled to the buyers' market and seems things are slowing down a tad.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Making sure no one part of the transaction falls off the wagon.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Real Estate is the best chess game I'll ever play. I love my career, and most of all, I love giving my all for others and giving back to the community.
