Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: Wanted to learn to be a great steward of the land, and help people make important investments.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: Met the local ghosts, just kidding!

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A. Helped a friend get away from a very bad situation by finding her a perfect 1 bedroom home in North San Antonio and got her moved in record time. She was so happy.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: To put my focus on listing.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: I started in New York right before COVID hit, so that was a massive change. Then with mortgage rates at historical lows, the market was wild in Austin (and everywhere) with dozens of offers on every home. Now, with rates higher, homes are staying on the market longer, and bidding wars are not so common. So a lot of changes.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Trying to predict the future so I can give my clients the best possible advice. Understanding how an area is changing and guide people to where they will be happy, or what will be the best investment for them.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Matchmaking people with perfect properties.
