Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: Suggested by friends--possibility of more income than engineering.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: A very enthusiastic visitor was so vibrant. I hired and trained her.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: I helped a single lady, without a job and down on her luck, into a good job and helped her clean up her home, improving her mental outlook. All she needed was a helping hand. I never knew if she was going to list with me or not. She did and we sold it for top dollar!

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: The hourly commitment that it would take.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: It changes every week! But interest has come down A LOT. And home prices have soared.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Putting in that 10-hour day, every day. But working with my clients makes it interesting.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Keep working hard for people.
