Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: Making people happy.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: I landed my first buyer and seller client at my very first open house.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: My proudest moment was getting to help my daughter buy her first home at 23.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: That it's all about meeting people.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: I started Real Estate as a foreclosure broker's assistant, at the beginning of the market crash. Seeing the market change from bank-owned homes to the largest increase in properties values in recent years has been amazing.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Creating inventory.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: I wouldn't change a thing!
