Q: What made you interested in Real Estate?

A: My first ever open house was spring of 2021 a super small condo listed for $315K we had more than 60 buyers tour the condo over a 2hr period and ended up with 30 offers. The winning offer was cash $50K over the asking price. To me that was crazy!

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: I have had some pretty heartwarming moments, I have been so blessed to have worked with the very best clients. Every one of them has a place in my heart. My very first buyers are incredibly special though, I learned so much about the way we all prioritize different things. To have found them their dream home, in their budget with an FHA Loan, and got our offer accepted and closed within 4 weeks from start to finish was nothing short of a miracle. They are also my best referral clients. They have become very dear to me, like part of my family.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

AThat starting out would be slower than I thought.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: Since I am a very new agent the market has not changed too much. I do see how much home prices rise every month and I really feel for all those clients who wanted to wait to buy this year because they thought prices were going to drop. In our market prices have gone up 34% over last year.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Lack of inventory in our market and the steady rise in price.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Not for the weak-minded or Personal growth is my superpower.
