A: We have gone from new construction boom, to mortgage meltdown to short sale, to investor flip, and we are now in a heavy migration market. The only thing you can count on in the real estate business is that the market is always changing and you have to move with it and continue to grow and learn new ways to market and nurture your client relationships.
