Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I've been in sales all my life and I felt real estate was a great fit
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: The home owner was in a camper in the yard
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: Too many to count. I love it when the client tells me the process was easier than they expected. Every transaction is special.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: I wouldn't change anything. Every transaction is different and I still learn something new each time
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: Buyer programs and Realtors competing with big box tech industries more and more each year.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: I suppose all I can say is that I am not crazy about administrative tasks so I have almost always had someone who manages MLS input and completion of admin tasks for the brokerage compliance files. My wife/partner is in that role currently.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: I consider my career a joy.
