Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I love the character of older homes and all of Denver’s fun walkable neighborhoods.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: I rescued a lost dog wandering the neighborhood.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: I work with a lot of young couples looking for a home to raise a family in, and at the closing table I have had several couples tell me the wife is pregnant. It is such a magical moment and truly makes my job feel so rewarding.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: I wish I would have purchased more homes, because the return on investment in the Denver metro area is amazing.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: I love all of the new social media platforms to which we can market our clients’ homes, and I love how much we are using video, professional photography, and staging to help our clients showcase their homes.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: It is difficult to tell my clients who lose a home that their offer was not accepted by the seller.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Fun, knowledgeable, hardworking, compassionate
