A: My passion for helping people achieve a better life and get the best return on their investment as a professional consultant. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: A family walked in just to look at open houses during the weekend, but couldn't afford to buy a house. I helped them fix their credit and with the assistance of my team and financial planning, they were finally able to buy their first house after a year! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Each time that I hand over the keys to my sellers and buyers, I feel proud and accomplished. I thrive to give the best service and also to build a relationship that will last for life. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I consider real estate to be the best investment, therefore I always educate my clients to buy and invest. Even after the few market crashes we had, most of my clients didn't go 'underwater,' nor did they lose their houses due to my team's support and consistent market trends and updates. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: I thrive on the never-ending challenge of the real estate market. That is why I keep educating and better improving myself, my team and clients on market trends and where the "next hot area" will be. I also using unique marketing techniques to find the right buyers for my sellers and the right properties for my buyers and investors.
