Brian Trainer

Brian Trainer eXp Realty

Experience: 1 Year in real estate with 17 years of IT experience Specializations: I specialize in homes that have previous damage or would be considered a complex case to sell. Areas Served: I serve the greater Sacramento area and parts of El Dorado and Placer counties. Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: The ability to work with people in achieving their goals of owning a home. With homes they are tangible, and I can help people to see the possibilities of what they can do with a particular home. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I received a call from an agent asking if I was at the open house that I had been at for hours. A client had called him and she arrived a few minutes later. It turned out that her map sent her to the wrong address down the street. Otherwise, I get to meet and talk to many wonderful people and agents. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Being able to give a buyer keys to their new home after facing numerous hurdles and challenges and we got them there. It was a very complex case but we worked together to get them there. The look on the buyer’s face when it was all over and he had the keys was priceless. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A:  That a successful real estate agent is a problem solver. I have a background in solving problems, but this is something that we do every day with every client. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Technology has really changed the way clients look for homes. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: This job requires me to make sure I am always looking at the bigger picture with all facts, and building the best solution I can. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Creating solutions for home buyers and sellers
