Chad Wimberly Limitless Vet Home Team

Specializations: Relocation expert, serving military clients, new builds, existing homes, land purchases to build on, listing homes, luxury homes. In particular, I specialize in mitigating issues before they become expensive problems for my clients. Areas Served: El Paso County and Teller County Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I have always been interested in real estate but I got into it because I didn’t like seeing active duty service members - or anyone, for that matter - being taken advantage of. I served and know firsthand the struggles of service. So I decided to get into real estate to educate, protect my clients and to build and share wealth. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Recently I helped an amazing young couple buy their first home. They were so happy and have told everyone they know about their experience with me. We found a home they loved over a weekend and closed 3 weeks later. Negotiated a new roof, home exterior painted, repairs and 15k below asking in a sellers’ market. Helping them got me right in the feels. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: The real costs involved and the massive time you spend working. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: So far I have seen many things but the biggest is the millennial home ownership rise the past few years. Q: What's the most challenging part of your job? A: Balance. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Everything is negotiable… Everything!
