Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: There is no perfect house.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The increased use of technology has changed the most since I started, from the virtual tours to the electronic consent and signatures. The search engines have made searching for properties easier now, too.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The current lack of inventory makes it quite hard to find my buyers their dream home.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Love helping others find homes!
