Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I’ve always been fascinated with helping people find their dream home.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: The most interesting thing that happened was when a buyer ended up calling me that night to hire me as their realtor. They called me! I thought that was outstanding.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: I just recently sold a condo and the buyer’s agent was from out of the area. At the closing table he mention how instrumental I was in helping the buyer make a decision. They said I gave them good vibes and felt my sincerity.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: It's always a learning experience, meeting all types of personalities.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: The real estate industry has changed mostly because of technology, allowing the buyers to be so well informed.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: The most challenging part of my job is keeping my systems running. Always staying top of mind to my sphere of influence.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Being a realtor is like keeping my foot on the gas, always.
