Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: At open houses you meet families, buyers & sellers of all types. The most interesting thing that happened to me was meeting a WW2 vet.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: My favorite moment and continues to be my favorite is guiding a newly licensed agent and opening their eyes to the world of real estate sales.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: I wish I would have known you need a mentor when first licensed to walk you through the hardships of transactions.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: Technology advancements are the most noticeable.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: By far the most challenging part for any agent is obtaining new clients.

A: Happy clients are rewarding!
