Q: What made you become interested in real estate?

A: I've always been interested in real estate. I was in business dealing with commercial and residential with family and friends so decided to get licensed and do it for myself.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: The most interesting thing that's happened to me at an open house was when a random couple tagging along while their friends were house hunting ended up buying the house! Their friend chose a different one.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: My favorite moment is when I helped a family with children buy their first home! The look on their faces and the feeling they have at that moment is priceless!

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A:  I wish I had known to wait to be full-time until business/referrals became strong. You only get paid when you close a deal!

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A:  I've seen the real estate market explode through the past 3 years since I got licensed, and expect it to get stronger as time goes on.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: The most challenging part of my job is finding serious and motivated buyers. So many either are not ready to buy, can’t buy, or take very long to buy.  But still want to look at houses?

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Work around your own schedule!
