A: A husband broker's friend. He had a small real estate brokerage business years ago and talked me into the real estate business. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: The most interesting thing it is to see the neighbors coming to the open house, but zero interest ion buying the property. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: The most inspiring moment in my career so far was with a heritance listing where the owners were a nice deaf couple, wife and husband. It was so inspiring to see and understand their world full of smiles and grateful gestures of life! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I had known how to qualify prospects and not wasted my time with bogus prospects. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of my profession it is that every day is a different day, with different experiences, people, and situations, and to know how to manage those situations so at the end of the day I can say, "It was a great day today!” Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Diplomatic, determinate, dependable, diligent and dedicated.
