A: My family was involved in real estate development across southern California and also had a real estate brokerage company. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I'm always surprised when someone in the entertainment/sports biz comes by an open house. And they usually act like any other buyer with the usual questions about the neighborhood and the home. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: The most rewarding thing about my career has been serving my clients and their past and future generations... their parents, their children as they have grown, plus extended family members. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I always knew the benefits of owning your own home, being a homeowner, but wish I had also known more about the importance of owning investment real estate and building a portfolio. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Automation, of course, and the availability of everything a buyer or seller needs to know on the internet. But one thing remains the same... it is still a people to people business. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of my job is after the seller accepts an offer. During the escrow process, there are many challenges to work through with both the buyer and the seller... from inspections, buyer's loan process and so many issues that may need to be solved. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: I love what I do!
