A: I became interested in real estate when I started to notice my family members buying up investment property, remodeling them, and then reselling them. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: The most interesting thing that happened during an open house is when neighbors provided me more info about the neighborhood. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My favorite moment in my career so far was being able to help my clients find the house they wanted and ensuring the transaction went smoothly. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: What I wish I had known when I first got my real estate license is not to be afraid of any challenges I might have with any transactions. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The biggest change I have seen from the time I started real estate is that the technology is advancing, and more and more people are using the internet for resources rather than using their agent. Being in the industry you constantly have to keep up to date with the housing trends and be active with your clients. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of my job is that there is low inventory out there. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Integrity, communication, details, respect and thoughtful.
