A: Real Estate is a very exciting profession. You get to meet a variety of people with one common objective. The clients want to either sell their property at the best possible price OR the client want to buy a SPECIAL property at the lowest possible price. The real estate transaction goes beyond just buying and selling.  The Realtor must make the process of the transaction as pleasurable as possible. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: As a Realtor, you meet the most interesting people with a variety of objectives.  The visitor is likely to be looking for decorating ideas or just as likely ready to make a cash offer on the property.  You never know. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Every Realtor has to get a great feeling when the transaction closes and your clients has purchased or sold their property with a good feeling about the transaction. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A:  Everything I know now. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A:  More paperwork and liability for the Realtor. The paperwork has tripled over the last 12 years. The industry has changed drastically over the last few years. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Finding the right property for the buyer AND the right buyer for the seller.  This sounds simple but is often very difficult and complicated. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Service, Service, Service, Service and Service
