A: My father is a General Contractor and I grew up building houses, worked for Skyline Homes building Mobile Homes before Real Estate. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I sold the house! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? (proudest moment, most heartwarming, most inspiring, etc) A: I sold a 4 million dollar car dealership that had gone bust.  Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I hated Real Estate (at first) and wished I had never left Skyline Corp.  It took about five years before teaching myself how to enjoy the business. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Keeping up with all the changes.  When I started a deposit receipt was only one page and a listing form was only one page. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: I love it, NOW!
