Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: Love of people and love helping others.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: We had a man ask us to close down our Open House because he wanted to buy it and did not want any competition.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Working with a family with 10 kids for 4 years to get them into a wonderful home that could accommodate everybody, put them in a great school district, and knowing that everybody was happy beyond belief. It was great!
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: The importance of maintaining a great CRM
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Many of our clients are younger, 20-35, and are purchasing first homes in the mid range pricing rather than starter home prices. Buyers are staying in their home an average of 10 years now in lieu of the5 year norm when we started. More cultures are buying homes to accommodate additional family members, i.e. parents, grandparents, etc.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Keeping up with all of the constant changes in the industry and in the social media arena. Other than that, we LOVE our jobs!
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Real Estate makes us happy!
