Q: What made you become interested in real estate?

A: I have always been interested in Real Estate, but it wasn't until my marriage split up that I decided to make it my career.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A: I had so many people show up at an open house that they were standing outside waiting for people to leave so they could get into the property. I had 26 offers on that listing.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: When a buyer wrote a heartwarming letter to the seller and because of that letter the seller accepts their offer. I don't think many Realtors realize how important that personal letter is.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: Where technology was going. I would do it differently today if I had known that.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: Where I live we have had a big cultural change and it has been so interesting getting to know buyers and sellers from other countries. It is a big learning curve for them and for Realtors.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: Getting offers accepted due to the low inventory and high demand. When I tell my buyers that they need to remove all contingencies, including loan and appraisal, and they don't believe me until all their offers are rejected, maybe 5 of them, then they believe me and listen to me.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: You never stop learning.
