Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I felt I could make a difference in people’s lives
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Watching first time buyers joy in buying their new home. There is something special to see when someone has never been a homeowner.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How hard it was going to be to be a great Real Estate Agent
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: 30 years ago there was no social media, the contracts were one page and the MLS listings were in a really thick book. Now buyers text you after being on the internet, the contracts start at at least 12 pages, the MLS is on the internet and is all digital.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Keeping out front of potential buyers and sellers. It's much easier with the internet but you still have to be consistent in your marketing.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Honesty, knowledgeable, consistent and be upbeat!
