A: Ever since I can remember, I have always been fascinated with real estate. I took real estate classes in college and always knew real estate was going to be my field of interest. I also enjoy helping others and I get great satisfaction out of uniting my buyers with the perfect home. I also enjoy listing homes and working hard to get them sold quickly! Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: It was very early on in my career and after working with some people that came in, they ended up buying it on the spot! I was so new at selling at the time, I wasn't sure I knew how to write everything up! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Becoming "Salesperson of the Year" for my company. Very exciting! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: What a tough business this is! Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Clients are much more knowledgeable now. Having access to what's available and being able to search and compare homes is a great help. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Negotiating. Making sure my client get the best opportunity possible! Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Challenging, satisfying, rewarding, stressful and always evolving!
