A: I became interested in Real Estate for the flexible schedule, ability to work with many amazing people and help people through a process that is life-changing. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A:  During an open house that was pretty slow, I had another realtor who lived in the neighborhood come to visit and offer a lot of advice and tips for becoming a better agent. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: So far my favorite moment was helping a retired woman relocate here to Arizona from California and really helping her throughout the entire process. We still talk often. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Before getting my real estate license I wish I would have known how challenging it can be to create a name for yourself and if you don't know what you're doing you can get yourself into some sticky situations. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The industry hasn't changed much since I've started, it's been good and has continued to do well. People are having bidding wars on some of these homes. Q: What's the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of my job is making sure I have lots of knowledge and people to back me when needed. You're constantly learning in this industry. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: 24/7, conversations, precise, exciting, appointments.
