A: "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A:  The growth in Upstate South Carolina has been unreal. With the increase in national recognition and new businesses the population is growing quickly as well as the housing market. New development is popping up everywhere and resale properties are in short supply. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of real estate for me is handling the emotion. Never get too high, and never get too low.  Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Adventure at a sprint.
