A: I have always been fascinated by real estate, and my husband and I have talked about real estate investing since we started dating. I guess that’s one of the reasons I love working with investors as well. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: What I enjoy the most is seeing the look on the face of my clients when I find them the home of their dreams. That’s priceless! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: It’s not about you, it’s about them! The most important part about this business is to understand your client’s needs, wants and desires and fulfill on that. You’re not there to just help your client sell or buy a house, your mission is to really get to know them as a person so you can better assist them. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Technology has definitely revolutionized the real estate industry. A lot of agents express concern that this has made it impersonal, but I believe the key is to combine technology with a personal touch. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Knowing how to guide your clients to make the right decision for them without pressuring them. A lot of times, your clients will ask you what they should do, We have to be extremely careful because we’re not there to tell them something, we’re there to help them make their own decisions, so the key is asking them the right questions so they will come up with their own answers. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Incredibly rewarding!
