A: A client came in, loved my way of staging a home to sell, and bought it that day! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: The assistant I hired and trained became one of the top agents in the county and knows how to sell apartments like no one else! I'm very proud of him. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Consistently contacting your database and staying in touch with people that already know you creates referrals that keep you in business. Today over 98% of my business is referral. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: It has become much more impersonal due to technology Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
